“Kill Worry” – Monday Mentor Episode #2
We all deal with worry to some degree. for some, it robs them of life everyday. For others its a discipline to conquer. Some days are harder than others. Noah shares his process for quieting worry and focussing on what’s to come rather than hoarding what we have.
1. It robs your current energy today. Its bad for your health.
2. Worrying doesn’t add a single day to your life or outcome.
3. Worrying is a sign that I don’t trust. When I find myself about to go into worry mode I acknowledge that its not me trusting.
Solution: Let go. Your’e not in control. You never have been and never will be. It’s our job to tend the field, plant and water but the increase isn’t up to us.
Remember: Do not worry what you will eat or drink or what you will wear. Are we not more precious than the birds of the air and the lilies of the field? You are taken care of.
You won’t even remember today a week from now so why waste any energy on worry?
