The story behind the piece: My friend, lie down in your mind. Exhale and rest in knowing you are loved, provided for and looked after. Discard worry, stress and hurry. My hope is that this image can be a reminder of the retreat we can take the simple step spending time solitude. The secret is to be able to rest in the eye of a hurricane. Have a blessed week.
